No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Unwanted items
  • Delays caused by carriers

By placing an order with WLB Fitness, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

 


Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges only, subject to the conditions below:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use will not be accepted for exchange
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or store credit at our discretion.

 


How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please email us at info@wlbfitness.com with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to exchange
  • The reason for the exchange
  • The item/size you would like in exchange

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions if your exchange is approved.

 


Exchange Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as WLB Fitness is not responsible for lost return parcels
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

 


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at info@wlbfitness.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. If confirmed, we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
